By accessing or using HoopXPots ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. HoopXPots is a basketball community platform that connects players in Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas.

HoopXPots provides a platform that allows users to: • Discover basketball courts in Houston, TX • Connect with other players and organize pickup games (3v3, 5v5, and other formats) • View real-time player interest counts for each court • Create and join game slots at local courts • Access court rankings and player leaderboards • Subscribe to a Premium membership for enhanced features HoopXPots does not own, operate, or manage any of the courts listed on the platform. Court availability, hours, and conditions are subject to change by the respective facilities.

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use You must be at least 13 years of age to use HoopXPots. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

When using HoopXPots, you agree NOT to: • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users • Post false or misleading information about courts or games • Create fake game slots or fraudulent player counts • Use the platform for any illegal activity • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation • Impersonate another person or entity • Collect or harvest other users' personal information We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

HoopXPots offers a Premium membership at $4.99 USD per month. Premium features include access to indoor/premium court listings, ad-free experience, priority waitlist positioning, and advanced player statistics. Billing: Your subscription is billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period. Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of your first subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us at support@hoopxpots.com for refund requests.

HoopXPots provides court information for reference purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding: • Court availability or operating hours • Court conditions or maintenance • Safety of any court location • Accuracy of court details Users participate in pickup basketball games at their own risk. HoopXPots is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur at any court location. Always assess your physical condition and the court environment before playing.

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using HoopXPots, you consent to: • Collection of your name, email, and profile photo via Google Sign-In • Storage of your game history and player statistics • Use of location data to show nearby courts (only when you grant permission) • Display of your username and ELO rating on public leaderboards We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services.

HoopXPots displays advertisements through Google AdSense on the free tier of the platform. Premium members enjoy an ad-free experience. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Sponsored court listings are clearly marked as "Sponsored" and represent paid partnerships with local facilities or businesses.

All content on HoopXPots — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and code — is owned by HoopXPots and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-generated content (such as game descriptions) remains your property, but you grant HoopXPots a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

HoopXPots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoopXPots shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Personal injury or property damage resulting from use of our platform • Errors or inaccuracies in court information • Unauthorized access to your account • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of HoopXPots after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
